WHEN COPS BREAK THE LAW: Refuses to Properly Dispose of Waste

If our animal leaves solid waste (poop) in the street or public way, we are responsible for closing it up. In Los Angeles, failure to clean it up is a $500 fine on the 1st offense, $750 the 2nd offense, $1,000 the 3rd offense and a misdemeanor after that.

It is the cops job to clean up after their horses. It not ours.
