Let's take end of the season fresh tomatoes and take them from tomato juice to tomato sauce...which can be used instantly or frozen or canned.
We will utilize a Food Mill (Foley brand) and an electronic roasting oven for hands off cooking! My roasting oven costs approx 14¢ to run one hour which makes this method very cost effective and easy.
