Victoria makes COVID Vaccine MANDATORY for 1 million people | 7NEWS

All "authorised" workers in Victoria must be vaccinated against COVID-19 within weeks.. under a controversial order issued yesterday by Premier Daniel Andrews. After two days of case numbers over a thousand, he says the new rule will safeguard the state's re-opening, later this month. The order will apply to more than a million people.. from supermarket staff, to footballers, journalists and police. The deadline for at least one jab is October 15. Weekend Sunrise is joined by infectious disease expert, Professor Brendan Crabb, who heads the Burnet Institute, which is advising Victoria on its road map.
