Sol-Ark 12K 48V Inverter Install (to compare with Growatt 10K)

The Sol-Ark 12K inverter is a feature rich inverter. It can run off of a 48V Lithium battery bank. It has two MPPT charge controllers built-in, and a really awesome distribution box making wiring a snap. So why is it not powering my house well?
